Late Arrivals
We value and appreciate your time with us. We hope that we can do the same for all our customers. Do be punctual and avoid being late to avoid any appointment clash for our next customer. If you are more than 10mins late, please understand that Aglamoras Beauty reserves the right to cancel/reschedule your appointment.
Extension Refill
Refill (i.e. Touch-ups) appointments are for lashes that have been treated properly according to the aftercare instructions. Your existing extension should have at least 50% still intact. As such, only one touch up session within 2 weeks for Classic style, and within 3 weeks for any other styles. Should you need further clarification, please contact us directly.
How long can eyelash extensions last?
Classic lashes can typically last 3-4weeks while volume lashes can last 4-6
weeks. This is due to the difference in the technique when applying.
How do I maintain my lashes?
Please refrain from taking a shower/washing your face for at least 4 hours after a lash session. Do not rub your eyes and attempt to pluck out the extension as it may damage your natural lashes. Water-based makeup remover is strongly recommended for makeup removal.
How long will the process take?
It can take up to 1.5-2.5hrs varies from the style of lashes done.
